Course Description

This lecture describes various kinds of circuits aiming at applications to MOS analogue integrated circuits. It describes equivalent circuit of MOS FET, various kinds of amplification circuits, oscillator, operational amplifiers, ΔΣ conversion and filter circuit by using switched capacitor circuits. It also describes circuit layout as an example for integrated circuit.
